Grow your own oyster mushrooms at home with our upcycled DIY coffee ground kit. Simply place your freshly brewed coffee grounds into the jar, sprinkle with oyster mushroom spawn, and cover loosely, repeating for several weeks until the jar is completely full. In about a month, you’ll have one to two flushes of beautiful, edible oyster mushrooms, plus a jar full of colonized coffee ground substrate that makes excellent compost and worm food for your garden.
